Noam’s therapeutic style is eclectic and client-centred, thoughtfully adapted to meet the individual needs of each child or teen. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Her sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. She is deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment; one that encourages healing, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. Whether supporting a child through anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, or life transitions, Noam creates a space where young people feel understood and empowered to grow.
