Program Overview:

Sessions 1 - 2: Foundations of Schema Therapy 
Explore the theory, core concepts, and therapeutic stance underlying Schema Therapy. Learn how to identify schemas and modes and apply the model across developmental stages.

Sessions 3 - 4: Experiential Techniques in Practice 
Observe and analyze live demonstrations of imagery rescripting and chair work, followed by guided discussion and clinical integration strategies.
