Clinical social worker with professional licenses in both Israel and Canada. Meytal has experience treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, exposure to extreme situations, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal relationship challenges.

Ruthie Ingerman is a licensed clinical social worker in Ontario with a Master’s degree from Laurier and an additional degree in art therapy. She has over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, parents, and adults on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, and immigration. Ruthie integrates various approaches including psychodynamic therapy, IFS, solution-focused and emotion-focused therapy, and art therapy.
Goni Ketain-Meiri (MSW, RSW)
Registered Social Worker

Goni is a licensed clinical social worker in Ontario with a Master’s degree from the Hebrew University and McGill University. She has experience working with adolescents and women dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and supporting Israeli and Jewish clients navigating immigration to Canada and the emotional impact of the war in Israel. Her therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and photo therapy to promote healing and personal growth.

Noam Erez (M.A., C.Psych)
Clinical Psychologist

Noam Erez is a Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), specializing in clinical, counselling, and school psychology. With many years of experience in both school board settings and private practice, she brings a rich perspective to her work with children and adolescents. Her deep understanding of the educational system, combined with clinical expertise, allows her to support young clients in navigating the interplay between school life, peer relationships, and emotional development.
Ariel Lax (MA)
Child and School Psychologist (Israel),
Clinical Therapist

Ariel Lax is a Child and School Psychologist from Israel and is completing registration with CPBAO. With over a decade of experience, she has helped hundreds of children with learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, and autism. Her background in the Israeli education system gives her unique insight into challenges faced by newcomer families. Ariel brings a warm, child-centered approach and partners closely with parents and teachers.

Jessica is a registered psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto and a second Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jessica has experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities, and helps clients find the approach that best fits their needs.
