Tali Azulay Medina (MSW, RSW)

Tali is a Clinical Social Worker in Ontario with a Master of Social Work completed in a Clinical Therapy Track. She brings extensive experience in direct individual therapy, specializing in high-conflict family crisis and emotional regulation difficulties.

Tali’s therapeutic approach is deeply grounded in a systemic perspective, recognizing how clients are shaped by their family dynamics, attachment patterns, and environment. Her clinical work integrates Evidence-Informed practices, including CBT interventions, EFT-informed principles, and narrative approaches. She equips clients with practical tools for emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring, while exploring deeper emotional needs and relational cycles to create meaningful change.

Tali provides a warm, structured, and collaborative space for adolescents, adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma-related stress, relationship conflict, and major life transitions.
