Personal Journey
Ariel's personal journey has deeply shaped her as a therapist. She grew up in Israel and spent several years living an Orthodox lifestyle, an experience that opened her eyes to the importance of the spiritual dimension and highlighted the value of having a supportive adult during times of crisis. Her therapeutic approach reflects a holistic view of body, mind, and spirit, and the belief that attending to all three can foster meaningful growth and deeper healing.
